We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

International Returns

Please note:

  • We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders

  • Customers must use their own registered shipping service

  • We are not responsible for the safety of items during return transit until they are delivered to our address

  • All return shipping costs, duties, and fees are the customer’s responsibility

If any fee is due upon receipt of the parcel, our team will contact you regarding the payment.

UAE Returns

To start a return within the UAE, please email:

  • Return shipping cost for UAE orders is AED 30

  • This return cost will be reimbursed to the same payment method used for the original purchase

If you visit the SETŠOWANA store in Dubai, you can return or exchange items free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund

Important Refund Notes

  • Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable

  • International returns are accepted

  • Return shipping and any reverse duties are the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges on returned items.

  • All returned items will be refunded after inspection at our warehouse

  • If you need a different size or color, please place a new order
